I have been training in cello performance for 26 years after my father suggested I try the instrument as I started secondary school, have begun piano 5 years previously.

I was incredibly fortunate to study under a Royal Marine Bandsmen through school, followed by a Royal Marine Band Service professor at Canterbury Christ Church University. Whilst there I enjoyed various specialisms including 'cello performance, and was principle cellist position my final year. I graduated from my Batchelor of Music degree in 2008.

I am classically trained and play most genres across my instruments; cello, piano, recorder, bowed psaltery and voice.

I particularly love playing for weddings, but anywhere that music is enjoyed is wonderful to me as a performer too!

I am mariied to my wonderful husband, James, with whom I have two children, Nicholas and George and our cat, Rajah.

A  musician of 18 years, graded 8 in 2014. My passion for music began age 7 when I fist saw my original teacher play 'The Swan' composed by Saint-saens. I aspired to be just like her, working my way though grades and orchestras on my musical journey.

Whilst studying at The University of Southampton, I was blessed to develop my performance skills both solo and amongst various other talented musicians. I graduated from my BA Music course in 2018.

Although I am classically trained and appreciate the beauty of such music, I also love modern compositions. I love to show others just how versatile a 'cello can be, from Elgar to Evlis, Ed Sheeran and beyond!

I love any performance opportunity that I have the fortune to play, especially those on a personal special day!

I am married to my amazing husband Tom with whom I have three rabbits; Button, Barley and Bryan.
